Artist resident December 2022 Froom United States.

I so enjoyed my time at Art Print Residence.   Ariadna, Jordi, and Clàudia were so welcoming and extremely generous with their time. The studio is beautifully organized and every material and tool I needed was readily available. I brought home lots of ideas for my college and home studios!

I took an individual  mokulito course with Ariadna who is a gifted teacher.  I made eight small editions of test  prints and then Ariadna  encouraged and assisted me with four large mokulito prints.   I could not have completed then by myself.  Jordi was always available for questions and assistance and he helped me pack everything to carry home and arranged for shipping of my woodblocks.

The apartment was comfortable and convenient being just upstairs and it had a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea. I was there in November and December and the sunrises and sunsets were spectacular! The food available was fresh, local, and delicious. 

I also enjoyed learning more about the culture of Catalonia and meeting local artists. who worked in the studio.   I hope to have the opportunity to return!
