Tim High – From our resident artists…

View of Arenys de Mar from the balcony of the Art Print Residence living quarters.
Much of the wonder of making art is contingent upon ones´attentiveness to what is a free gift to be shared.
Tools of the trade are here ready and waiting.
She spots images worth looking at even when right under our noses.
The tarlatan dress up pageant gala!
One of the stately structures punctuating the beautiful valley connecting
A closeup of the mansion itself.
Tarlatans goth contingent.
Though APR is a haven for intaglio processes, I decided to work in woodcut relief .
Magical compounds and elixirs to make the print world remain on its´axis.
The large format etching press at APR will handle just about any paper commercially available.
More tools of the trade: burins, scrapers, roulettes, and mezzotint rockers.
Smallest of the three motorized presses at APR.
Woodcut tools can never remain sharp enough.
I enjoyed the challenges I forced myself to face.
It is an enriching thing to see how other fellow artist work. APR brings many fine people together.
