Welcome to Art Print Residence, Giulia Sarpedo!
Art Print Residence is delighted to welcome Giulia Sarpedo, an Italian art student who will be joining our team as a Studio Assistant from October to December 2026.
During her stay, Giulia will be involved in the daily activities of our printmaking studio, assisting with workshops and supporting the resident artists while continuing to develop her own artistic practice.
Alongside her responsibilities as Studio Assistant, Giulia has already begun developing and printing a new intaglio etching plate, exploring the different stages of the process, from plate preparation and etching to inking and printing.
Her time at Art Print Residence offers a valuable opportunity to combine practical studio experience with personal artistic research, expanding her technical knowledge and creative skills in an international printmaking environment.
We are very happy to have Giulia as part of our team and look forward to sharing these three months of learning, experimentation and creative exchange!
